2. Bespoke & Custom Orders

  • Artistic Interpretation: Every bespoke hat is individually hand-burnt. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that slight variations in design, depth of burn, and felt texture are part of the unique, handmade nature of the product.

  • Final Sale: Due to the highly personalized nature of custom work, all bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the hand-burning process has commenced.

  • Production Timelines: Custom orders typically require a lead time of 4–6 weeks. We will notify you of any significant delays.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Original Artistry: All hand-burnt designs, artwork, and storytelling elements featured on our products and website are the intellectual property of Letishia and Hats on Country.

  • Restricted Use: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our designs or Service without express written permission from us.

4. Accuracy of Sizing

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements using our Sizing Chart. Hats on Country is not liable for incorrectly sized hats if the measurements provided at the time of order were inaccurate.

5. Products and Pricing

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

  • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a collection or service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
