Return & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
You can return any products if they are deemed faulty or the incorrect item was sent to you. All we ask is that all products you are returning are in original condition with all tags attached, intact packaging, and your proof of purchase is included. Please note:
  • Hats can only be exchanged/returned if they are deemed faulty or the incorrect item was sent to you.
  • Valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges/returns
  • Customers are required to pay for any shipping costs for all exchanges/returns
  • Change of mind returns will not be accepted in any circumstances (Please ensure accuracy through sizing chart)
  • Exhange/return policy is for Australian customers only

Hats on Country return policy in no way limits your rights as a consumer as per the ACL.  We provide customer service to legislative requirements.
